ORGANIZED 1886

Details of their orgaization and early years have been lost or destroyed. Beaver Creek Baptist Church joined the Tennessee Baptist Association (now Knox County) in 1898. The first recorded pastor was Dr. Jessee Baker and the first clerk W.T. Bradshaw. The Beaver Creek Womens Missionary Union was organized in 1940. The Baptist Training Union was organized in 1948.
